A fresh, lactic goats cheese, made by Galway Goat farm. Rolled in ash to help the cheese ripen.

These are little clouds of goats cheese, light and fluffy, with a lemony hint.

Made in North Galway by Larry and Anne Maguire, they are new to cheesemaking and real perfectionists, but I love when the Cnoc Dubh begins to tilt! The name means "black hill" and these little pyramids will defo feature in your future cheeseboards!
