Durrus 160g - Washed rind, creamy but bouncy cheese made by Jeffa Gill outside Coomkeen, Co. Cork.
Hegarty's 180g - Farmhouse cheddar aged for approx. 1 year from Whitechurch, Co. Cork.
Cais Dubh 180g - Literally meaning 'black cheese', it is made by Frank and Gudrun Shinnick in Fermoy, Cork.
Coolea 200g - An 18 month Gouda style cheese made by the Willems family. They make their cheese near Macroom, Co. Cork.
