Carlow Sheep 180g - A hard raw sheeps milk cheese, similar to manchego, from Elizabeth Bradley in Fenagh, Carlow.
Boyne Valley Bán 180g- A goats milk cheese made by Michael Finnegan in Rathkenney, Co.Meath. Creamy and salty with a real goat milk tang.
Cratloe Hills Sheep 160g - Gouda style cheese matured for 9 months. Made by Sean and Deidre Fitzgerald in County Clare.
