Cais Na Tire Gouda - sweet and nutty gouda style cheese, made from sheep milk.

Boyne Valley Blue - a salty, but not too strong, goats milk blue

Kylemore - aged, alpine style cheese. Tasting nutty, savoury and a biscuity rind.
