Mike’s Fancy Cheese is an artisan cheesemonger based in Belfast, Northern Ireland, specialising in raw milk cheesemaking and Irish artisan cheese.

We have been making our award-winning Young Buck cheese for over 10 years, as a small team involved in both cheesemaking and cheesemongering at our shop on 41 Little Donegall Street, Belfast.

This hands-on approach allows us to build relationships with customers, explain our constantly evolving cheeses, and share knowledge of the Irish cheeses we stock in-store.
