Corleggy (half)- A hard goats cheese made by mother and son, Silke and Tom Croppe, just outside Belturbet, Co. Cavan.
Durrus Óg 225g - A soft, washed-rind cheese made by Jeffa Gill in Coomkeen, Co. Cork
