Introducing the new cheese to come from Hegarty's in Whitechurch, Cork. Just under a year old, Ballinvarrig cheddar gets its name from the fields on which their cows are grazing in summer in order to make this cheese. Sharp, tangy and reminiscent of an English cheddar.

This cheese is now made with added annatto, giving it an orange hue and is made in 20kg wheels. It has natural blue sometimes running through it. adding to it's sharp zingy flavour!
