We will generally go for a mix of a hard, a soft and a blue, etc but if there is something you specifically don't want, put it in your name when ordering i.e. "no goat, no blue"

On ordering, an email will be sent to you with the dates you can expect your cheese each month. It will usually be sent after the second Tuesday of the month. Free Delivery to UK and ROI. If the order is placed after this, your subscription will be delivered the following month.
