Made with: Buffalo Milk (Heat treated but not to pasteurisation temp)

This is a one year aged cheddar style cheese made by Toonsbridge Dairy, Co.Cork. It has the sharpness of a cheddar, but the Buffalo milk makes it super creamy too.
