Need cheese for a celebration, event or just to show off on a Friday night at home, we have put together some 'cheese stacks' for you to assemble yourselves.

Serves 40-60 people.

Included from the bottom up will be:

Mount Leinster (1.8kg)
Hard alpine style cheese (1.2kg)
Gubbeen (600g)
Smoked Drumlin (500g)
Young Buck (400g)

Total weight min 4.5kg
