Coolorange - a spicy but still creamy in texture blue cheese from Blues Creamery, Tipperary

St Tola Crottin - the classic soft goats cheese from Co.Clare. Moussy and light with an ash rind

Creeny - a shop fave! And seasonal, so we don't always have it, this hard sheep cheese is like a pecorino, packed full of sheep-y flavour.
