We hope you have fallen in love your new items, munched your cheese, given your fridge a new smell, as we value our customers and are committed to offering you the best products.
Returns and refunds
If something is wrong with your order please notify MFC email@example.com within 24 hours of receiving. If package is damaged, or cheese quality not to your liking please take photos so we can review and resolve your concerns straight away
Returns of perishable items (such as cheese and meat) are normally only accepted if the goods are found to be damaged before delivery to you. If MFC accepts the return, and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
Food or Gift Cards cannot be returned, but we will be happy to replace or refund.
To complete your request, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: 41 Little Donegall Street, Belfast.
