Each box typically includes a balanced mix of hard, soft, and blue cheeses. If you have preferences (e.g. no goat or no blue), simply leave a note at checkout.

Subscription FAQs

When you purchase a cheese box subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.

Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don’t want to renew a subscription you can cancel it at any time. If you want to cancel or change your subscription, simply log in to your account and click 'Subscriptions'. Your order confirmation emails also have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.

When will my cheese arrive?

We will send cheese via a 24hr courier after the 2nd Tuesday of each Month, or our delivery driver will deliver to you that Thurs/Fri if you're close enough! So expect to receive your cheese on the Thursday or Friday at the latest. If you place an order after this cut off point, your subscription will start the following month and will be sent out then. The cheese will be well wrapped and in Woolcool.

What date will my account be charged?

After your first delivery, we will amend the order date to the beginning of the month for the next months delivery, still receiving after the second Tuesday. So payment would come out at the start of each month for the cheese being delivered that same month.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime before your account is charged. Using your account that you set up, or link in confirmation email. Failing that just get in touch with us at orders@mfcheese.com and we can sort you out.

I am gifting the subscription, can you include a gift card?

Yes this is no problem at all, just get in touch to arrange and we will put in a gift card in the first months delivery.
