Rennet: Traditional 

Velvet Cloud specialise in sheep milk products and this is their aged sheep cheese. Named after their farm's townland near Claremorris, Co. Mayo, it is made using milk from their own grass-fed ewes. 

Rockfield is a natural rind cheese, aged for a minimum of 3 months, with a nutty, buttery and slightly salty flavour.
