Young Buck
Mike’s Fancy Cheese is proud to be creating a new tradition of raw milk cheesemaking in Northern Ireland. Made in Newtownards, Young Buck is a raw milk Stilton-style cheese, aged for a minimum of 12 weeks. It’s made using milk from a small group of local farms.

Join us for the first Beer and Cheese of 2026 at The Sunflower Bar. Come eat a load of great Irish cheese and drink some great beer!
You will get five different cheese, with a focus specifically on Corleggy and a number of their seasonal cheeses returning.
These will be paired with five beers, and we will chat you through the cheeses and why they taste great with the beers. It's always a great evening and a chance to try something new!
There are 40 spaces available, so get your tickets quick.

At the checkout, method of delivery doesn't matter as the tickets are not physical tickets. All you need is your name/order number as proof of purchase on night of event.
Due to spacing, you may be sharing a table with other guests.
Please note that there are no refunds for ticketed events.
